We respond to assessments and messages within 24 hours. A response may ask for more information; completing a review or arranging treatment can take longer.

No payment before clinical review. We confirm any suitable treatment and its costs before you decide whether to proceed. External tests, medicines and supply arrangements may involve separate charges.

Facial-lines consultation

Discuss facial lines, your medical history and previous procedures. Your clinician will explain the options that may be suitable, their limitations and risks. A consultation does not commit you to treatment.

Eyelash concerns

A consultation for sparse lashes or changes in your eyelashes. Your eye health, medicines and symptoms are reviewed before options are discussed. Any prescribing decision follows an individual assessment, with an explanation of risks and monitoring.

Consultation &
prescription fees.

For prescription-only services outside our agreed supply packages, fees apply when treatment is suitable and you choose to proceed. Take any prescription issued to the pharmacy you choose.

Prescription-only consultation / prescription fee

Each new or repeat prescription-only request costs … when treatment is suitable and you choose to proceed, including one medicine if prescribed. Each additional medicine on that same prescription costs ….

Every repeat prescription-only request starts at … and includes a fresh clinical review. Additional packs of the same medicine do not count as an additional medicine.

There is no payment before clinical review, and no Atlas House treatment fee if treatment is not suitable. Pay Atlas House by bank transfer using the details provided privately by the team. Your chosen pharmacy charges separately for medicine, dispensing and any delivery.

Weight-management pens

Consultation and prescription fees are already included in our quoted weight-management pen prices. The separate prescription-only fee is not added to those pen prices.

Personalised nutrition plans are £95, fresh menus £45 and an optional 15-minute video discussion £25. Aesthetic procedures are quoted individually. Your team confirms what is included, any follow-up, payment arrangements and cancellation terms before you pay. Starting an assessment does not guarantee a prescription.
