Gradual thinning through the central parting or top of the scalp.
Less density or a noticeable change in your usual hair volume.
More shedding, including changes around illness, weight changes or pregnancy.
These patterns do not establish a diagnosis. Sudden loss, distinct patches or a painful or inflamed scalp may need examination. The NHS recommends seeing a GP about the cause before considering a commercial hair service. NHS guidance
YOUR HISTORY MATTERS
We consider your cycle and hormonal history, pregnancy plans, breastfeeding, recent illness, weight changes, nutrition, medicines and scalp symptoms. Some changes need investigation or specialist advice before treatment.
MADE PERSONAL
Tell us what is bothering you, privately and at your own pace. We’ll guide you through the questions that matter.
Discuss your options with a clinician who takes time to understand your circumstances. We’ll explain if further checks are needed.
Know what your plan involves, what it costs and how to stay in touch. Any prescription depends on your individual assessment.
PACKAGES & INCLUSIONS
Your package is agreed after assessment, around the treatment and support that are appropriate for you.
A clinical assessment, an individual treatment decision and clear instructions. Where treatment is prescribed, your quote sets out the medicine supply and delivery included.
The proposed initial supply is usually 30 days; your clinician agrees the appropriate duration.
A review of your progress, tolerability and any health changes before a further supply is authorised. Your account keeps your agreed plan and previous reviews together.
Repeat packages use a working 60-day supply, where clinically appropriate.
Your private quote lists the treatments, quantities, review arrangements and total price. An agreed package includes its prescription review; a separate prescription-only fee is not added again.
Tests, examinations or other separate services are discussed before you proceed.
Assessment or a package preference does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.
