Health information receives additional protection under data-protection law.
Please do not include detailed medical or sensitive health information in the general website enquiry form. Where clinical information is required, we will collect it through an appropriate clinical process.

- assess and provide appropriate clinical care where applicable
- maintain appropriate clinical and business records

- a dispensing provider where necessary to fulfil an appropriate prescription

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where this occurs, Atlas House will take appropriate steps to ensure a lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards apply where required.
How long we keep information
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet relevant professional, regulatory, legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations.
General enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing service will be retained for a proportionate administration/follow-up period.
Where an enquiry develops into clinical care, relevant information may become part of the clinical record and be retained in accordance with applicable clinical, professional and legal requirements.

Atlas House uses appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please avoid sending detailed clinical or highly sensitive information through the general website form.
