We respond within 24 hours. Your clinician may ask for supporting evidence, further information or a conversation, so a complete review or treatment can take longer. There is no payment before clinical review. If treatment is suitable, we explain the plan and costs before you choose whether to proceed.

There is no payment before clinical review, and no Atlas House treatment fee if treatment is not suitable. Consultation and prescription fees are included in our weight-management pen prices. For other prescription-only services, each new or repeat request has a consultation / prescription fee, including one medicine if clinically appropriate. Additional medicines on the same prescription have an additional fee; the current fees page sets out the amounts. Your pharmacy charges separately for medicine, dispensing and any delivery. Any separate charges are confirmed before payment. Personalised nutrition plans are £95, fresh menus £45 and an optional 15-minute video discussion £25. Aesthetic services are quoted individually. Yes. Atlas House can support people who are approaching their goal weight or looking to maintain progress after weight loss. The most appropriate approach is considered individually.

There is no Atlas House treatment fee if our clinical review finds treatment is not suitable. External blood tests are a separate service and may need paying for before your review. Any prescription depends on an individual clinical assessment. Read the patient guide
